


Melissa Michaels is a doctor of education, a longtime life-transition midwife for communities and individuals, an embodied rite-of-passage and movement facilitator, youth mentor, community activist, and author who has seen hundreds of youth come of age through the programs of her Golden Bridge nonprofit, and has held spaces for numberless communities to move, dance, heal and come whole through the power of dance, ritual, and community.
